The wind at Pukehiki was preeeetty strong, but Amy's veil enjoyed it!
So now they are husband and wife... we'd better have some photos to mark the occasion! (Waaaait a minute... if you missed Part I of their day, find it here!) The wind at Pukehiki was preeeetty strong, but Amy's veil enjoyed it! James had organised for a massive helicopter to pick up the six of us from the castle lawn and fly us to Taiaroa Heads, but unfortunately the fog was just a bit too thick for it to land. Thankfully there are plenty of gorgeous locations around the castle though, and it meant we had a little more time as well! They also hired a magician to take care of the crowds while we were away taking pretty photos! We could hear the guests roaring with laughter from the other side of the castle... I take it he was a hit!! Into the ballroom for the reception... the guests were having the time of their lives, and the party was heating up... James' Mum, Jane, had made all the beautiful bouquets, and there were gorgeous floral arrangements all over the place! The details and table decorations were amazing... No excuse to forget your wedding anniversary! And a special number - to honour Amy's Dad, who was remembered and hugely missed throughout the day. As the sun began setting on the castle, we drove away to find this gorgeous view over the city.... but I am sure the party was only just heating up back in the ballroom! Amy and James, thank you for inviting us to be part of your amazing day. Your happiness just shone through you and your guests, and it was a pleasure to be there! We hope you have enjoyed your sneak peek into your set of wedding photos! All the very best xoxox
